Hi Kate,
Welcome to the new year!
We thought things would quieten down nearing end of year, however an Australian Treasurer stepped down mid-December after receiving 9 Notices of Liability, and a Canadian Regional District School Board Director has been let go following some potential NoL-related interactions.
InPower is excited to announce the 2025 Worldwide Wave dates, and bring you some statistics on the progress of our Earth-wide mass liability action.
As always, there are several new NoLs in the pipeline for agendas in different countries, and more success stories unfolding as men and women serve this powerful commercial process on corporate officials engaging in for-profit harm.

Get Set for the Worldwide Wave
|
|
InPower Members can now join the upcoming Worldwide Wave, set for January 13th, the first of four waves rolling in 2025.
The Worldwide Wave is a focussed collaborative effort to walk men and women step-by-step through the Notice of Liability (NoL) process for their chosen agenda: Trespassing Technology (Smart Meters), Wireless Radiation (5G), Mandatory Vaccinations, or Geoengineering.
The NoL is a powerful commercial and lawful process, based on the Lex Mercatoria (or "Law Merchant") system of law, allowing men and women to hold for-profit corporations accountable for the harms caused by these agendas.
The Worldwide Wave walks Members through the fundamentals of the NoL Creator, a software system that take the heavy lifting out of the process and paperwork, together with a series of weekly Q&A calls to ask questions and get support in completing this lawful process.

Australian State Treasurer Steps Down
|
|
Victorian State Treasurer Tim Pallas has resigned after 10 years in the role and 18 years of serving the public as a governmental official after receiving nine Notices of Liability (NoLs) from a team of InPower Members in Melbourne.
Victoria's longest-serving Treasurer, Tim Pallas had previously showed no signs of resigning or abandoning his post, and has now cited only that the government needed an opportunity to find someone new for "renewal of perspectives and insights."
He was a Respondent for the Melbourne team, who collectively served him nine NoLs for the agenda of Wireless Radiation (5G), and were up to the Notice of Fault round, which directly precedes the billing stages.

Norway Reaches First Round of Billing
|
|
Norway is now on the billing leaderboard, having just reached the first round of billing in a major milestone.
Billing rounds are a critical part of the NoL process, alongside the default judgment, where men and women start sending bills to their chosen respondents, who are proven to be engaging in for-profit harm within one or more of the four agendas of harm. The action of billing is essentially "taking the cup and serving it back double" to those who have not reconsidered the harm they are causing families and communities Earth-wide.
Canada is leading the charge for the highest billing numbers ($8 billion), followed by the United States ($5 billion) and Australia ($2 billion).
With four Worldwide Waves on the horizon throughout 2025, and more countries coming on board to the mass liability process, we expect to see more resignations occur and billing totals skyrocket.
